Feeling refreshed after the long night

Rose like the queen of a known kingdom

Unlocked the sheets

A gust of east wind hits my face

Leaving a refreshed smile on my bleached face

I gulped down a cup of water

To cleanse the debris

It found it way down

In it the womb worm swims

The early birds tweeting

Have they gotten the best worm

The cork crows, the dog barks

A new day, a new dawn

The leaves sway rhythmically with the wind

The liquid drop of the dew setting - Neil Borh

The aroma from the next door

Causing an anomalous noise

I need to say my prayers

Exams ahead to write

Nature taken it effect

Water done justice to my system

Thus I lay my pen

Good morning
