Cure to Indigestion
Incase you take a plate of something you think might cause conflict in your stomach, these tips might just be extra useful; like an extinguisher in a firehouse.
1. A cup of herbal tea would help. Simply put a teabag in a cup, cover and steep for 10 minutes before drinking, and you are good to go. It will get rid of the dyspeptic feeling quickly, and you'll feel a lot better.
2. You might have to attend a party or a planned event, where you would have to take in a meal that won't go down well with your belly, to fulfill all righteousness. If you find yourself in this kind of situation, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water, and drink 30 minutes before you get the food down into your system.
3. If it starts close to the kitchen, lay your hands on some garlic and chew. If you have any baking soda around, pour a teaspoon of it into a cup with water, stir and add few drops of lemon juice. This would neutralize the stomach acid and reduce the pain.
